Enjoy a 1/4 mile of Chalk Creek from the sunny south side deck or poolside. The view of the creek bend with majestic Mt. Antero behind never disappoints.
Bedrooms With a View
The four bedrooms have expansive 360° treetop views of the peaceful nature of Chalk Valley. Wake up to the sun shining in and a herd of deer grazing in the fields. Sleeps 8 with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 single beds, and 2 pull-out full beds, one in each living room.
Plenty of Gathering Space
With two separate living rooms, a central dining and kitchen area, a large outdoor deck, and a first level pool and lounge area, the Treehouse offers plenty of gathering spaces for the whole group. Both a gas fired and coal grill are available for grilling outside during the warmer months.
Outdoor Fire Pit and Game Court
Enjoy a game of horseshoes, bocci ball, or corn hole in the creek side game court. At night, sit by the fire and roast marshmallows, soothed by the sounds of the rushing creek and the cracklin’ fire.
Too Cold Out? Have a Hot Spring Bath
With four bathrooms on the main level, and one adjacent to the pool, enjoy a bath or shower with natural hot spring water. One bedroom even has its own private hot spring soaking tub.
